Substance Use

Substance use treatment provides support and guidance for individuals seeking to reduce negative consequences of use and strength control over their lives. Through evidence-based therapies, we’ll work together to address the underlying causes of substance use, develop healthier coping mechanisms, and build a sustainable path toward recovery and well-being.

Health Psychology

Health psychology focuses on the connection between mental and physical health. Through a personalized approach, I help individuals manage chronic illnesses and treatment, navigate health-related stress, and adopt techniques for relaxation and self-care. I also help close others cope with caregiver stress, anticipatory grief and bereavement. By addressing emotional and psychological factors, we’ll work together to empower you to enhance your overall health and quality of life.

Depression and Anxiety

My depression and anxiety treatment provides personalized support to help you understand and manage these challenging conditions. Combining evidence-based techniques from CBT, DBT and mindfulness with psychodynamic exploration of the past roots and patterns of these symptoms, we work together to identify negative thought patterns, build effective coping skills, and develop strategies to reduce symptoms and restore balance in your life.

Young Adults

My work with young adults is designed to address the unique challenges faced by individuals in this life stage. Whether navigating school, career transitions, relationships, or personal growth, we provide a supportive, nonjudgmental space to explore and manage issues like anxiety, depression, identity, and stress. Together, we’ll work on building resilience and developing the tools needed for a fulfilling and balanced life.

Older Adults

My work with older adults is tailored to help individuals embrace a balanced experience of aging – that combines sense of change and loss with sense of freedom and choice. We’ll work together to optimize this time as a period of personal growth – based on recomposing daily life with new activities, pursuits and people, less available during periods of greater demand from life roles.
